Meet piku, he’s the male kitten that stares at you like you are their world, with absolute love In his eyes.

Piku was rescued by my mom about a month ago, when he was barely 2.5 months old. He had most probably been in a car accident on the streets of Thane. During the Mumbai rains, he had taken shelter inside a car bonnet and couldn’t find his way out. My mom heard his soft little meows and took him to the hospital. We were told he had a serious fracture that might never heal properly and that he would probably limp for the rest of his life. But guess what? Love changes things. With the right care, patience and a whole lot of love, Piku didn’t just learn to walk — he runs. 🥹 He’s an absolute purring machine who starts purring the moment you touch him. He can get a little scared around loud noises, which is understandable considering he was alone, helpless and scared on the streets at such a young age. But with people, he is pure love. He loves us, loves being around us and has the sweetest little personality.
Just somebody who will love and care for him for all of his life. Preferably can be kept indoors and neuter and give booster vaccination to him when the time comes.

We already have three cats and continue to rescue and foster whenever we can, so unfortunately, we cannot keep Piku permanently. Finding him a loving home would not only give him the family he deserves, but also allow us to make space for another cat who may need rescuing.
